Joseph Donald

Arrived September 10,2008 at 8:11 am. We had a scheduled C-Section. The delivery went so well. Joey as we like to call him weighed 7lbs 8oz. and is 18.5 in. long. It took us a couple of days to finally decide on his name. We went back and forth until Friday night and into early Saturday morning. We are so happy with our choice Joseph is the perfect name for our handsome little boy. Gabriella came to see soon after Joey arrived and was so excited to meet her little brother. We had a good hospital stay with lots of visitors.

We came home Sunday and are adjusting very well to the newest member of our family. We have been very lucky to have lots of help from my mom. I do not know what I would do with out her. Josh has also taken to two kids so well. He is Super Duper Dad waking with me for every feeding changing diapers, and swaddling Joey and helping with getting him back to sleep. We have also had the kindness and generosity from the wonderful Mommies of DVPG. They have dropped off dinner to us to make our adjustment from 3 to 4 much nicer.
